Megan Hurley
Director, Engagement and Programming
Megan joined the Columbus Partnership team in February 2016. In her role as Director, Engagement and Programming, Megan is responsible for creating forums for the Partnership’s more than 80 CEO members to have impactful conversations that advance community initiatives and the regional economic prosperity vision. She leads the development and execution of all member programs, including the Partnership’s annual Leadership Retreat, quarterly member meetings and governing board meetings, curiosity trips, joint programs with peer leadership groups, and various strategic and social gatherings. She supports a variety of community engagement initiatives and works closely with partners to align leadership programming. Additionally, Megan manages member communications, including the Partnership’s quarterly and annual reports, website, and more.
Megan began her career with One Columbus (formerly Columbus 2020). She has previously held various roles in planning, administration, and marketing and communications.
She is a founding member of the Young Professionals Council of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and serves on the program committee for the Columbus Metropolitan Club. She’s also a recipient of Columbus Business First’s 40 Under 40 award.
A Columbus-native, Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in city and regional planning from The Ohio State University. She resides in Clintonville with her husband Tom and dog Cash.
