The Columbus Partnership and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Columbus Chapter work together to co-host leadership programming, including roundtable discussions with local business leaders and special events with guest keynotes.

Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School

Each year, the Columbus Partnership and the Columbus Foundation send ten young, high-impact leaders from Columbus to the to the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) at the Harvard Business School. The program includes coursework on the economy, cross-sector collaboration and leadership.
